If you do not meet this age requirement, you must not create a consumer account or use the consumer apps. Purpose of Processing<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DreamDoc processes data for the following purposes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>to create and manage your user account<\/li>\r\n<li>to connect supported wearable devices, sensors, or third-party services<\/li>\r\n<li>to calculate personal baselines, readiness summaries, recovery indicators, and trend views<\/li>\r\n<li>to provide app, watch, dashboard, email-report, and platform functionality<\/li>\r\n<li>to help users better understand fatigue, recovery, training load, sleep patterns, and daily capacity<\/li>\r\n<li>to provide pre-assessment, follow-up, post-treatment, clinic, or study support features where enabled under separate agreements<\/li>\r\n<li>to maintain technical security, prevent misuse, fix errors, and improve service reliability<\/li>\r\n<li>to comply with applicable legal obligations<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DreamDoc does not sell your personal data and does not use your health-related data for advertising targeting.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Core Garmin connectivity is free for consumers. Any paid options (for example long-term storage or AI token usage), if offered, are disclosed at purchase or activation time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group dd-legal-card\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. User Control, Access, Export, and Deletion<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You remain in control of your account data. Where available, DreamDoc provides options to access, export, correct, or delete personal data through the app or account settings.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may also request deletion of your account and associated personal data via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dream-doc.com\/?page_id=9\">Contact form<\/a>. This includes Garmin Connect IQ applications, compatible wearable devices, optional glucose-data integrations (for example Dexcom), and clinic or study systems, depending on the product version and your configuration.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where such integrations are used, additional third-party terms, permissions, device requirements, and privacy policies may apply. They are not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or emergency service. Advanced AI chat may be limited to specific organisation or pilot groups until a broader consumer coach is generally available.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group dd-legal-card\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcomes<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DreamDoc uses data from wearable devices, sensors, user inputs, algorithms, and software systems.
